The Design And Implementation Of Knowledge Search Engine In Technology Base On Lucene

With the emergence of the search economy, there are growing concerns that search engine performance, technology and intelligentize. Search engine plays a information navigation role for mathematical information in various system platform integrated retrieval and resource infromation. On the one hand, by studying the search engine of knowledge base, I realize knowledge management can make people access the information they needed at all times and places, to evaluate problems and opportunities. On the other hand, by classifying retrieval service for various information, it can promote veracity and timeliness of user business handling service. The best solution is to create full-text indexing service in knowledge base, in order to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, and ensure the efficient, healthy and sustainable development of the enterprise, in the fierce global competition in an invincible position. Based on this, for the inefficiency of business handling from customer service staff and low availability of information, Shanxi Mobile needs and achieves knowledge base system. This system provides business with information accumulation, query, integration, evaluation, and improvement, to achieve knowledge sharing, to improve information accumulation of the enterprise and management and using of knowledge.Knowledge base systems consist of several subsystems. In this paper, the design of full-text indexing subsystem on knowledge base and implementation process are concretely described. Firstly, the background and realizing effect of the system are introduecd, analyse and study speculative knowledge of the search engine technology, Chinese word segmentation technology, as well as analyse on Lucene and Solr. Secondly, adequate demand investigation and design and analysis of system, and system whole function, architecture, functional business process, overall design, technical architecture, system functions, operating ambient, etc, need to be particularly required and designed. Finally, the system development coding, testing, deployment and installation operation and maintenance will be finished. And complete development and construction of full-text indexing system on knowledge base.The system had been applied to run in Shanxi Mobile for nearly a year. Consumer feedback as well as systems operation and maintenance report forms shows that the whole system runs well. The system has already collected up to one million userinfo and business handling data. The system can integrally manage all employees’ experience, knowledge, ability and other factors, in order to achieve knowledge sharing and the transformation of knowledge value and rational use. It can provide customer service staff with information full text retrieval, information gathering, personalization information design and information analytic statistics, search, etc. With the increasing changes of new requirements of customers and markets, knowledge base and the full-text indexing system will be expanding and improving, its enterprise value and commercial value will be maximized.
