With the transformation of economic structure upgrade and automation technology of rapid development, computer to participate in product manufacturing more and more important, at the same time, the CAM software is very important. The basic from abroad, but domestic CAM software copyright restrictions to produce a great impact on the domestic manufacturing. This paper will develop a CAM based on Windows System software, to meet the actual needs of domestic manufacturing project, to promote the rapid development of domestic manufacturing.CAM software adopted in Polishing machine uses modular programming, and combines with VB and C + + for the high-level language programming. It uses the idea of hybrid coding and Interactive software. Based on PLC bit machine to form an automatic control system,CAM software of the Polishing machine is developed and the whole control system is built.This paper firstly introduces the CAD drawing idea, and then CAD on the completion of the drawings is saved as DXF format files and converted to key module library, thus the DXF file into the CAM software can be identified. When using the Polishing machine, CAM software can produce G code CAD draw good drawings into CAM software module, and then it is saved as.NC file in a a G code for drawing tool path of trajectory analysis and simulation.PC part uses the VB advanced programming language convenient development model,shorter development cycle and visual graphics programming, etc; The lower part of the machine uses PLC programming and can be a high degree of modularity for its obvious advantages of high operating efficiency, strong logic and hierarchy and so on. In addition, the system can carry out a simple drawing operation, it can saved as HMI format files, and then generates G code. It makes the code more convenient to modify.Finally, through in the NCI software simulation of the resulting G code, from a certain extent can Polishing machine for a series of parameters, performance test and compared to the traditional manual grinding and polishing, Polishing machine, CAM software research and development of NC Polishing machine Based on could effectively improve the production efficiency, reduce the workload of workers, saving human labor, not only to achieve the production safety and excellent quality.
