Tenon structure is often used in furniture industry, door-window fabricate industry and military industry. Its shape often represents as direct tenon, swallowtail tenon and cuniform tenon, etc. numerical control tenon machine technic is imperative technology for furniture industry, door-window manufacturing industry and other industry of our country.Based on mathematic description theories of tenon shape and tenon hole shape offered in this paper, whole architecture and software structure and hardware structure of numerical control mill tenon machine are bring forward. Design and development for numerical control mill tenon machine control software and hardware are expatiate also.The architecture of numerical control tenon machine is combination of PC and movement control card. The unreal-time calculate functions are processed with PC and the movement institutions are controlled by movement control card. The main hardware, for instance, industrial PC and multi-axis control card is popular in market. So the system has flexible characteristics, its also has jarless functions, easy maintenance characteristics and easy expansion characteristics. All above are up to the mustard of open architecture numerical control system.The instruction repertoire and instruction format of numerical control language of numerical control mill tenon machine are also bring forward. The basal theories of computer high level language compile method are made use of the design for numerical control language of numerical control mill tenon machine and integrate grammar regulation of numerical control language of numerical control mill tenon machine are offered.
