The system includes system management, power transmission and substation equipment maintenance plan management, power generation equipment maintenance plan management, operation planning process management and scheduling functions such as management of several main parts. The system has Excel template data uploading, data transmission interface, and other systems of each maintenance plan print and other additional features. System makes use of the model corresponds to multiple views, reduce the duplication of code and maintenance and returns the data and display logic separation; using the object oriented Programming Technology Abstracts common object methods and properties, improved the reusability of code; using extjs framework technology, makes the form, form flexible, page display beautiful effect and improve the user’s perception; through MD5 encryption technology to ensure the security of information. The system uses the B/S structure design mode based on Web technology, database using Oracle9 i, developing language was Java, developing tool was Eclipse.The system has realized the information management of the electric power production equipment’s maintenance plan. Having good scalability and portability, can be widely used in other provinces of the equipment maintenance plan management.
