TPS And ERP Study On Application Of Theory In Sports Equipment Industry

In recent years, with the development of economy and propagation of whole people body-building idea, people put more and more concentration on body-building. Corresponding apparatus industry business amount is also hoisting ceaselessly. Information is the inevetable trend nowadays, the involvement of IT is making a revolutionary change in enterprize management, and its speed, efficiency and reliability are unable to be achieved by traditional enterprise management. This is actually the formation of a new competition starting line, making no implementation of enterprise information management in the future competition into an increasingly disadvantageous position. Under such circumstances, the only way of enterprise development is to meet the users' individual requirements, so that it can win the market competition. In order to meet their own development, standardize management processes, improve productivity, cost savings, a combination of their own situation ,TPS theory and ERP is particularly important.This thesis starts from the ERP and TPS theory , combined with the Group current production models. It is from my own job, the ship plans, distribution model and the requirements of the question of how to combine theory with the TPS, and it also explains the flow planning, system implementation, operation and feedback in detail. It is not only work for the entire group planning, but also make a total plan of Sports Equipment Industry that combine TPS with ERP. So that it can provide a basis of increasing production for different fields.Systematic realization is to realize the performance of enterprises. The combination of TPS and ERP can't promote the development, so, I put emphasis on these two into enterprise. The development of enterprise should combine with the fact. Set distribution pattern as an example, this is a concept TPS proposed,not belong to ERP, this can instead the storehouse drawing material business, realize distribution, and the automation of going out the warehouse. How to realize this function in the system of ERP, of course not only the realization of machinery, this should take convenience, norm and fact into consideration, and try to find the best way in actual work, while not use the systematic function.In fact, this is a little during working, the actual work is much more complicated. In addition, maybe there exist some problems in grasping the entire process, and the shortcoming in knowledge, so there are some spaces that need to promote and perfect.
