With the accelerated competition in the global market and rapid development ofautomobile manufacturing information, enterprises have to improve the quality ofautomobile products constantly to enhance their competitive power in the market.Therefore, it is put forward higher requirements for quality management during theproduction process and product quality traceability in the manufacturing process.Automobile product quality runs through the whole product life cycle and it is thefoundation for the enterprises participating in market competition, survival anddevelopment. In recent years, the automobile recall numbers in the world areincreasing year by year which reflects the auto consumers’ higher requirements on theauto quality, and its essence is to examine quality management advancement in theautomobile manufacturer.This thesis comes from “Research on Tracing Quality Management InformationSystem in Brilliance Jinbei Automobile” and the purpose of the theses is to entirelyassure the quality in processing and assembling of automobile in order to meet therequirements of high reliability, high safety and traceability. TQMIS (Tracing QualityManagement Information System, referred to as TQMIS) is an informationmanagement platform of manufacturing process; logistics supply chain, salescustomer relationship management. On the basis of project planning, I carry out anin-depth discussion in quality management and quality information system. The mainaspects of studies are as follows:In the aspect of management mode exploration, the thesis innovatively design thepositive circulation and reversed circulation, double line and double circulatedthere-dimensional quality control thinking are created through Deming Modemanagement and6σ management model. Double lines, one line is using Demingquality management model as a whole train of thought in the company application onmacro through the information system, another line is the concrete application of6σmanagement model in the process of quality improvement. For double loop, one is thepositive sequence around the vehicle manufacturing workflow, another is the reverse around the working process of the quality problem; Two flow through the businessprocess using6σ management model form bi-directional circle, positive sequenceactive to improve circulation and reverse passively trace loop.Positive sequences actively improve circulation is to find the problems in theprocess of logistics distribution and production and to take the initiative to improve,analyze and find out the reasons of the problem, fitting it into "quality improvement"link, using6σ management model for quality improvement and constantly improvethe quality of vehicle.Reverse passive trace loop is to find the quality problems when customers usingthe vehicle, to make a passive rectification and trace to analyses the quality problemwhether it is a manufacturing defect, logistics distribution problem, research ordevelopment design flaws, bringing it into "quality tracking corrective" link,6σmanagement model is adopted to improve the improvement and solved the problem ofthe vehicle.Integration of two large cycles, is to get through the positive sequence activeimprovement and reverse passive trace cycle, integrating passive vehiclemanufacturing processes and reverse quality tracing process into a informationplatform; On the macro, Deming quality model is adopted as the guiding ideology, thespecific implementation are activated by6σ management model Circulation principleis that the positive sequence process form active improvement circulation, constantlyimproving automobile manufacturing level and ability of the company as a whole;Reverse flow form passive corrective circle, backward reasoning automobile in theR&D, design, production, distribution and each link to achieve its optima.In the aspect of project development management, it draws up various managementplans for system development. Through organizational management, organizationalstructure, personnel assignment and competency and responsibility of projectdevelopment are defined, and then everyone does its bit for the good of all. Withquality control scheme design, Deming Cycle model and6σ management model areput into use in the quality tracing management information system. Led by theinformation flow and business flow, there will be a benign circulation in the quality tracing management. All this will promote continuous self-improvement anddevelopment of the quality control. Through progress control, all stages targets andrequirements of project development are defined. With cost control, actual costcontrol of the project is strengthened and situations like project delay and lowering ofquality standards due to cost overruns are avoided. With quality control, projectdevelopment management process, project deliverables and quality standards ofproject results at all stages are defined, quality assurance is clarified and qualitycontrol is refined. With risk management, the source, property and rules of project riskare mastered, thus project risks are avoided and reduced. With implementationprocess management, system testing for users, skill training process and methods areplanned to ensure the system a success.In the aspect of system design, having studied the current development situationand trend of Quality Management Information System at home and abroad, analyzedthe problems of Brilliance-Auto quality tracing management. Drawing on theadvanced experiences of foreign auto makers, automobile quality tracing managementmode and applicable procedures with Brilliance-Auto characteristics are established.The thesis states the necessity and feasibility of quality tracing in the qualityinformation management for automobile enterprises. The tracing method is analyzedand studied. The quality tracing system theory is established by using chained modemethod.With the application of three-dimensional management mode, the design is ageneral system framework consisting of manufacturing execution, supply chain andsales-customer’s management. In the process, pre-manufacturing inspection plan,quality control during manufacturing and quality statistical analysis aftermanufacturing are included.In order to ensure the recall team effectively implements quality tracking process,and to be suitable for the organization to carry out the quality improvement processdesigned the software system functional modules, including quality informationcollection module, quality traceability management module, quality traceabilityprogress tracking module, statistical reports on the quality problem. Combining the theory of quality management model, quality management,project management, information technology and other related knowledge, toestablish a set of informational zed management platform in the field of BrillianceJinbei quality management. In the platform, the quality of the environmentmanagement of the main line through the application of the Deming cycle model toeach link; Positive sequence of specific quality improvement cycle and reverse qualityimprovement cycle by applying the6σ management model to implement; Qualitymanagement process program flowing through the system. In this way, the system usecycle model as much like multiple gears drive with each other in the managementenvironment. Under the constant self-improvement mechanism, there will be avirtuous cycle.In the aspect of project assurance measures, with the support of high-ups of thecompany, the project is guaranteed to develop effectively in totality. With the projectmanagement team building up, the project can be implemented specifically. Bystrengthening operator technical training, the normal operation of the business andsmoothly-running of the system can be assured. With the establishment of motivationand restriction mechanism, system operators’ work efficiency can be inspired to makethe job efficiency into full play.Finally, the project integrates product development with manufacturing, qualitycontrol, after-sales service system and creates automobile trace management systemand informatization automobile recall management process. With regard to projectdevelopment, the first problem is people, and then the creativity of the people.Through proactively reform quality management mode, the auto product quality canbe effectively improved. With scientific and rigorous work attitude, work pursuit ofinnovation and quality first work orientation, Brilliance Jinbei quality commitment tosociety can be practiced by full heart and soul.
