With the rapid development of China’s economy and the continuous progress of the industrial upgrading, the modern industrial robots are widely used in the production of flexible processing. The stability and reliability of the robot and the robot arm on the production line is of great significance to the stability and economic benefit of the enterprise.The complex and high maintenance cost of the industrial robot mechanism put forward a high demand for the technical personnel of the production enterprise. Robot application of this industry status, the industrial robot production enterprise product high quality service capabilities put forward higher requirements.According to the production environment of the actual industrial robot production line,this paper designs a suitable method of data collection and management. Firstly, the functional requirements of the robot network monitoring software are analyzed, and the three main functions of the software are designed and implemented, namely, the network communication function, the monitoring function and the human-computer interaction function. This paper focuses on the analysis and research of network communication function, monitoring function.According to the different types of data transmission and to improve the transmission efficiency and ensure the accuracy of transmission for the purpose, in the TCP / UDP protocol based on design network communication module, clearly the respective responsibilities of the client and the server, greatly enhancing the stability of network communication. The robot network monitoring software uses multithreading programming technology, object instantiation technology developed monitoring functions, including real-time monitoring and parallel monitoring, in order to assure the reliability of the monitoring data, and the realization of the control of multiple robots, also make the software faster response and reduce the workload of developers. For software interface functional requirement and data types, a total of development of four interface, including: real time data and non real time data, parameter setting and setting up a database, to achieve the Qt development of human-computer interaction interface module and the operation log module.In this study, according to the HRT-5 robot network monitoring software in laboratory six axis industrial robots and workshop on real-time monitoring and testing, test results show that the software can meet the basic functions of monitoring the operation of, to protect the user’s personal safety, can greatly improve the production efficiency and manufacturing precision.
