With the development of industrial robot technology,the interaction between industrial machines and human beings is more and more diverse.The general controller for various types of robots needs various kinds of operation management,such as robot model management,parameter management,and real-time control process interaction management.A simple teach pendant has been unable to meet the needs of a complex robot human-machine interface.The design and implementation of the Operation Management and Monitoring Software,which is a PC software of the robot user layer,are presented in this dissertation.First of all,the research status of robot interaction software at home and abroad are investigated,and the design principle and design process of human-machine interaction software are analyzed.Then,the requirement analysis of the Operation Management and Monitoring Software of industrial robots is carried out,and the software function modules are divided according to the modular idea.According to the needs of functional requirements and performance requirements,the software framework designed to meet the concurrent operation of multiple controllers is presented.The Operation Management and Monitoring Software has three functional modules.In the controller configuration management module,various kinds of necessary parameter files for controller initialization are configured and managed.Among them,the robot model parameters are managed and configured with URDF,and the robot model 3D visualization is implemented by Open GL.The virtual teaching pendant module consists of drag teaching submodule,engineering management submodule,grammar check submodule,and so on.The controller monitoring module is inspired by the idea of the reactor model to realize the concurrent monitoring of multi controllers,and My SQL database is used to access the robot running data.In addition,the design scheme of the remote module is explored,and the design and implementation of the local terminal of remote module is completed.Finally,the module function of the software is tested,and the demonstration experiment of teaching function is successfully completed.
