Agriculture is the first industry related to the food security of our country, of which the facility agriculture is a development tendency of modern agriculture automation. It brings big difficulty to us in the control of the plant growth environment because of the complexity of the plant growth environment. How to solve the problem of excessive consumption in facility agriculture is urgent problem to resolve.This subject to the study and research on key technology about the facility agriculture simulated a plant growth environment based on the LED light—plant growth cabinet. It has simulated a plant growth environment through the research on plant growth rule by applying the technology of LED light, sensor, data acquisition and so on which can achieve the automatic measurement of environment temperature, humidity, light intensity and CO2 concentration in the growth cabinet. This subject mainly studied the effect of the four factors in plant growth environment on plant growth and combined the features and mutual relationship of environment factors and integrated the model of environmental data, finally worked out a reasonable control strategy. It has built up a temperature and humidity model in the cabinet and laid the foundation of the control strategy and control algorithm. This paper built a plant growth environment based on LED light by using the LabVIEW platform and applied some hardware like LED light, sensor transmitter and data acquisition cards.This paper conducting the plant production as the biggest goal, combining the LabVIEW platform, bringing in the Analytic Hierarchy Process, finally worked out the relationship between temperature, humidity, light intensity and plant production and the relationship between the measurements of ventilating device, heating equipment, humidifiers LED growth light, trickle irrigation and temperature, humidity, light intensity, and built a relationship between control measurement and plant production to achieve the goal of improvement of agricultural production efficiency and reduction of production cost in the most suitable environment.With the experiment of small rape, it combined related data to put forward a suitable strategy and put in the related environment data on LabVIEW platform. In the process of small rape cultivation, each environment factors have achieve the expected goal through the measurement result gained from the LabVIEW platform and the result analysis. In the whole process, all the environment factors can adjust automatically in the growth cabinet. If the small rape grows well in the cabinet, it can prove that the control system of plant growth environment based on the LED light can meet the requirements of the plant physiological activities to the growth environment.
