The “Last-Mile” problem of logistics distribution has become a key element of restricting the development of logistics enterprises and affecting the customers' satisfaction.For now,the deployment of intelligent logistics cabinets,as a mainstream scheme,has been received great attention for major companies to solve the last mile distribution problem.Therefore,only the scientific and reasonable logistics cabinet location could really play a role in saving human resources and improving the satisfaction.Based on the laboratory project “Supai's Intelligent Logistics Platform”,and the above goals,specific research contents are as follows:1.By widely studying the service radius of service communal facilities,this paper researches the relationship between this and satisfaction,then presents the cabinets' service satisfaction function.Meanwhile,this paper also studies the classical discrete location problem,and defines the logistics cabinet location model based on the gradual coverage model,and designs the corresponding algorithm,which provides a firm theoretical basis for determining the location scheme of the logistics cabinets.2.Here,we constructed a fuzzy analytic hierarchy process for decision alternatives by analyzing the important factors that influence the location.The model can be divided into two parts: the construction of logistics location cabinet hierarchical structure model was provided,first,to determine the weights of the factors;the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the alternatives is carried out to determine the membership degree of each alternative.3.We employ numerical examples to show effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.The optimal location was provided for the district of Yingkou City Station Area,by analyzing of the needs of the research area and the number of the cabinets with the proposed logistics location algorithm.Finally,we applied the logistics cabinets' location algorithm to the delivery process of “SuPai's”,which provides a guidance and advice on the choice of logistics cabinets.The results has shown the good application effect and verified the practicability and rationality.
