At present, the common mechanical and electrical equipment is the traditional way of database management, equipment procurement in future, the equipment and the basic situation of the information on registration, implementation in the form of chart database storage and simple query. But now due to mechanical and electrical system is more and more large, the structure is more complex, involving the types of information, the traditional mechanical and electrical management system cannot effectively reflect the state of the equipment situation, can’t intuitive reaction electromechanical system architecture, not conducive to the management and maintenance of late."The highway mechanical and electrical maintenance testing evaluation management system design and development " is based on B/S structure of geographic information system(GIS), office(OA) technology integration in the integration of comprehensive management information system, the system realized the data collection, analysis, statistical analysis, visualization query to the maintenance plan, maintenance cost and maintenance engineering, maintenance, maintenance, and quality of assets maintenance data of information management, in the end for the maintenance management department to provide planning, strategic decision makers of statistical data, support information, rationalize the allocation of resources, optimization and comprehensive management level of ascension.In mechanical and electrical management system with the method of GIS geographical information technology, the traditional management mode and the combination of geographic information technology, make the equipment management more convenient and easy to use and intuitive, on the map can be intuitive to reflect the structure of the whole system and device status, through equipment positioning, the connection between the device and routing lines clear, greatly improving the equipment management in the late maintenance of ease of use, promotes the modernization of highway mechanical and electrical equipment maintenance and management level, improve the management efficiency, reduces the management cost and directly improve the level of public service for the society.
