A large amount of information involved in Hebei highway electrical and mechanical facilities maintenance management requires a more complex maintenance business for the daily management of employees.The information imputing currently is maily depended on handwork in the process of the operation which has a large workload. Furthermore, the incompletion of device information recording caused by the liquidity of staffs in electromechanical management leads to the inconvenience information inquiring and chaos in electromechanical facilities management. It causes the inefficiency of work and effects the entire routine operation of highway electrical and mechanical facilities maintenance and management work.An effective management system should be designed to handle the chaotic situation and to unify management scheduling work which perfectly, coherently and efficiently manages the highway electrical and mechanical facilities.The system uses SSH framework and modern information technology. The integration of Hebei Province’s geographic information technologies, database technology and network communication technology helps realize the development of JAVA-based highway electrical and mechanical facilities maintenance management system.SSH Framework is a popular framework while Struts is MVC’s implementation which connects Servlet and JSP tag. Spring is a universal open source project, which is based on the framework of IoC (Inversion of Control, reverse control) and AOP framework for multi-j2ee system. Hibernate object-relational is a mapping framework of object relationships which applys a light-weight object package to allow developers to manipulate database with object programming. Good highway system framework brings greatly convenience to the development of highway electrical and mechanical facilities maintenance management system in Hebei.Five functions are clearly understood in the system. Work to-be-done reminder feature provides fault repair bill reminder, exceeded time of equipment reminder and daily maintenance program reminder to different departments. Device management function covers system management of highway electrical and mechanical facilities maintenance. Routine maintenance and management functions are divided into monthly, quarterly and annual’s maintenance and management of electromechanical facility maintenance information. File management feature integrally manages various archives.Through a rational workflow, the system finally provides an effective management platform, simplifying workflow and job of employees in Hebei conservation and management of electrical and mechanical facilities. It offers superior user experience for system users.
