With the development of computer technology, digital ink-jet printing technology is widely used in the application of the traditional manufacturing industry. In 2007 as the XAAR1001 printhead was product by British Xaar technology co., LTD, and the improvement of the overseas ceramic ink factory production technology, ceramic inkjet technology is successfully applied in industrial production line.Key technology ceramic ink-jet printer has a "mouth", namely the ink jet device; There is the "brain", namely the drive electronics development package and driver; "Heart" the cycle of ink supply system and at the end of the ink system; "Eye" namely tracking control system of ceramic products achieve on-demand inkjet printing; Ceramic products of "cell" that Special ceramic ink. "Brain" and "heart" is a weak part of domestic ceramic inkjet equipment manufacturing enterprises, this article on how to establish a set of constant temperature constant pressure for the ink system is discussed.This paper briefly introduces the developing process of ceramic inkjet machine; On the basis of fully understand the characteristics of the XAAR 1001 printhead, the pipe schemes are given for the ink system; It is concluded that temperature and pressure difference are the main factors affecting the spray effect by studying the parameters of the ink road; Selects the Siemens S7-200 PLC as the control hardware platform; The selection basis and control method of components are introduced in detail, including electromagnetic pump, electric diaphragm pump, spiral valve, heating rods.According to the above line plan and control schemes, set up a set of experiment platform for the ink system, test the function of the related components, in particular, the accuracy of the temperature and pressure control, gives the related experimental data and verify the feasibility of the whole design scheme.
