China is a large coal production country, with the development of mine mechanization, the problem of coal dust harm, such as coal dust explosion, induced occupational pneumoconiosis, and has become outstanding in recent years. Therefore, it is an important part to control dust, reduce the degree of dust, and prevent coal dust accidents for coal mine safety production. At present, the effective dust control measures are high-pressure spray dust, with many advantages of good effect on the dust aerosol, and dust fast and low water consumption. It plays a vital role. to maintain constant pressure on the coal dust in the system.However, it has different pipeline pressure each points because of the long mine pipe and different distances from the points of the spray device for pipelines Installation to pump. In order to make pipeline pressure of each point meet high-pressure spray, a dust control system is designed based on CAN bus network communication.Firstly, the system design for constant dust suppression is proposed, based on CAN bus and the PID control theory. It includes two parts: (1) intelligent sensors; (2) the host computer. The first part mainly complete the collection and processing of coal pipeline pressure. The second part is in charge of fusing hydraulic pressure data collected by multi intelligent pressure sensors, changing the converters frequency by control signals calculated by PID and changing the motor speed to achieve the purpose of constant pressure. The communication between intelligent sensors and host computer is realized by the CAN bus.Secondly, hardware and software designs are completed according to system design. The hardware design of intelligent pressure sensors includes: pressure signal conditioning circuits, A/D converter circuit, sound and light alarm circuit, CAN communication circuit; Software mainly realizes data acquisition and data communication. The hardware design of host computer includes: D/A converter, CAN communication circuit and LCD display; software completes PID control and data communication.Finally, the hardware design is finished and hardware and software debugging is complied .It meets the constant pressure dust system basically.
