Constant temperature constant pressure cold water supply system have a wide range of applications in the industrial manufacturing and scientific research fields, it is the automatic water supply systems on the basis of the chiller and computer automatic control technology, and the water pressure and temperature is within the provisions. Automatic computer monitoring system is the key to ensure the normal operation of automatic water supply system, and achieve automatic adjustment and control of the water temperature and pressure. This paper is mainly on the research of the automatic monitoring and control technology on water supply system.This research project is established for the transformation project of the China FAW Group Corporation's national engine laboratories cold water supply system. In this paper the automatic control system's overall plan is designed on the basis of the overall plan of the water supply system, and focus on the research of cold water temperature control and pressure control technology. According to the delay, nonlinear, time-varying characteristics of the constant temperature constant pressure water supply, this paper put forwards a new type of fuzzy controller, with neural networks and fuzzy control closely integrated, which is a neural network to that fuzzy control rules Fuzzy control system, control of reasoning based on fuzzy reasoning precise value method, using neural networks to spread after the (BP) learning algorithm. This controller has a better control accuracy, stability and robustness than the conventional fuzzy controller and the PID controller. The implementation of the cold water temperature control is very well.The water pressure control uses the one dragging several variable frequency control mode. On the basis of analyzing vector-diagram of induction-motor, the phase of working frequency power whether or not consistent with the output phase of variable frequency power at the moment of conversion is the key to decide whether the conversion is successfully. With the application of phase detector in this system, it is succeed to solve the problem of variable frequency to working frequency and realizing the smooth conversion of high-power electromotor.Based on the above mentioned works, using "King View" developed a computer automatic monitoring program, and achieves the automatic monitoring of the Laboratory's cold water supply system.
