Compared with traditional water supply methods, varied-frequency and speed-adjustable technology is a good way with the merits such as low cost, easy to be used, and to economize energy efficiently. Based on the research of this area, a constant-pressure system, which takes the varied-frequency-speed-adjustable technology, is designed in this paper. Firstly, a system plane is presented according to the design requirements. Secondly, after introducing each model of this system, three-phase accurate SPWM core is designed. Moreover, function simulation and FPGA verification of this IP core is also presented.Finally,it is applied for the design of varied-frequency control system under constant-pressure. This paper is focused on the three-phase accurate SPWM model, which is the most difficult and important in the system design. After function simulation and FPGA verification, this model can be used in MCU IP. According to the test results, this constant-pressure water control system has met the demands of custom and used in water supplying system successfully. |
