Design And Implementation Of Rural Haghway Maintenance Management System In Haidong

Rural road is an important part of Haidong area highway network, which is the basic facilities and supports the development of rural economy. In the western big development process, it improves the construction of rural road for rural poverty alleviation, agricultural development and people’s life plays a key role. Good development of rural highway is conducive to the adjustment of rural economic structure, and it can accelerates the pace of the construction of rural urbanization,promoting the comprehensive construction well-off society, which has the significant practical significance. At present, the maintenance of rural highway pavement Haidong area from the past sand, soil road asphalt concrete pavement transformation,maintenance methods realized mechanization operation, maintenance personnel more professional. In order to adapt to the transition of rural highway maintenance work,should establish a set of can meet the information management system of new rural highway maintenance work needs, in order to improve the management level of rural highway maintenance, the establishment of rural road information platform to provide timeliness, road information timely, scientific, efficient government related work.This paper based on the analysis of the problems of rural highway maintenance management process in Haidong Prefecture in Qinghai, combined with the specific maintenance business process, using WEB technique to establish the system based on B/S structure of rural highway maintenance management information in Haidong area.First of all, through the foreign research status analysis and technology, established the main topic; then according to the Haidong rural highway maintenance work published features and characteristics, the analysis of information management system requirements, to determine the main module of the system includes user management,business management and material management of three parts, and the detailed design of the three module; finally show the realization process of the system interface and function, and to test the system, and have achieved satisfactory results.Through management system project design, can build Haidong rural highway maintenance of electronic archives, specification of rural highway maintenance process, establishment of aging, dynamic database, the reasonable call maintenance materials, mechanical equipment, greatly improve the level of maintenance and management of rural Haidong area, promote the development of the regional economy.
