Nowadays, labormanagement and simple computer management can’t fit in with the needs of work.The most important thing is how to use the development of the informationtechnology to improve the management of the retired cadres, and to offerinformationalized service. The design, development and accomplishment of themanagement system of the retired cadres are to solve this problem and this thesiscarries out the research in the management of the retired cadres of Haidong Areabackground.This thesis designs the management system of the retired cadres of HaidongArea is based on the Web mode. The main characteristic is using the workflowmanagement mode, database technology and design method for the webpage tocomplete the system. First, describe the meaning of developing the system throughdiscussing the mode and needs of the management system of the retired cadres,analyzing the current situation and shortage of retired cadres’ management, andcombining the actual situation of the author. Secondly, use UML to build systemfunctional and relevant data model. Plan the database structure through expoundingthe ways and theories of developing and accomplishing the system. Thirdly, use theapplication system based on the MVC technology developing mode which developsthe Web to make informationalized work of the management of retired cadres cometrue. Last but not the least, the system has reached its goal after the tests of therespects of function, usability, compatibility, safety and so on.The management system of the retired cadres of Haidong Area has combined thepopular management idea. It makes managing retired cadres from differentdepartments, different areas and different levels all together come true. This systemoffers a efficient and advanced platform to the retired cadres’ department, and makesintegrated management possible. |
