Research On The Collaborative Software Of Communication Engineering Budget

The project budget is a plan for the construction of the project in the coming period. It can evaluate and reflect the economic effect of the project through the monetary form. It is the basis to strengthen the management of enterprises\the implementation of economic accounting, the assessment of engineering cost, the preparation of the construction plan, and also the main basis for the project bidding and determine the cost of the project. A convenient and practical engineering budget software can play a multiplier effect.The research object of this paper is based on Excel, with the Visual Basic for Application as the tool to complete the engineering budget form, realize the full function of the budget, and rely on Excel, complete the batch budget generation, batch budget modify, batch budget printing and other functions. The results of this research have been used in the 4G project budget compilation work, and the correctness of the construction project has been verified. The results of this paper can improve the work efficiency in the actual engineering budget organization work, and facilitate the communication between the parties to the project construction.The results can also be used for communication, construction, medical and other fields of Engineering budget.
