Design And Implementation Of Tourism Management System In Chengdu

According to the existing tourism development status and problems, traditionalservice model can not fit into the need of market development. With the rapiddevelopment of net work, more and more tourist resources tend to be cyberized. Inrecent years, the tourist industry has been developing rapidly, more and more peoplehope to search the information whenever they need. The tourist industry also needs totransform the service model urgently, providing fast and convenient accesses. At thesame time, the travel-related mobile software has been introduced. However, theAndroid software, which can combine every resources together, is still rare. Based onthe Android travel management, not a mature tourist information service phone hasappeared yet.This system is based on every resources in tourist industry, including informationabout attractions, accommodations, food and routes, providing a more personalizedinformation service. System features include user’s login registration, personalinformation management, tourist attractions queries, cuisine and restaurant queries,hotel accommodation queries, map search, travel tips, travel diaries and so on. Thewhole system use C/S structure, based on the development of MVC pattern. The systemserver uses Servlet+Javabean technology, mobile client program uses the Androidplatform, the background database uses Mysql5.1, interacting data with server’s clientby JSON format. This paper focuses on Chengdu tourism management system Androidclient’s design and implementation.Chengdu tourism management system provides a Web service client businessmanagement and Android mobile client information query and tourism informationexchange into two parts. The test shows that, this system performs well, and is stableand elegant. Perhaps after being introduced to Chengdu tourism industry, it will improvethe ability of Chengdu tourist industry, and enhance the rapid development of thetourism industry in Chengdu.
