Based on the tanker transportation of hazardous chemicals (hazardous chemical substance) in road condition monitoring, a monitoring system is designed, and on this basis, the design of general IOT(Internet of things)monitoring system is researcher.In order to meet the needs for monitoring demands of transportation vehicles in the traveling state, the IOT node and monitoring terminal are designed, including its overall, hardware and software design. Through choosing its five kind of sensors such as temperature, pressure, liquid level, inclination and door switch in monitoring terminals, state data acquisition for tanker is made.The monitoring terminal collect the position and speed information of the tanker through the GPS, use Wi-Fi to communicate with a plurality of IOT node, and then collect the data of each IOT node, the data acquisition are real-time displayed,and safely judged,early warning. And the system use the GPRS to communicate with a remote server.On the basis of the above work, consider the universality of IOT monitoring system, the wired and wireless communication mode and a variety of other networking method are increased. And in the design of the IOT node, input modules for different types of sensor signal are design, which can make it according to the different application scenarios and choose different methods of communication network, and free to configure different types of sensors.Finally, the overall test and gained the test results are made, verified the feasibility of the system.
