As the development of power grid structural reformation, talent’s quality requirements of power grid enterprises are also rising, which requires training and development of human resources breaking tradition andincreasing efficiency. Therefore, the establishment of high-end leads and resource sharing culture development system is the inevitable road under the background of the rapid development of information technology. Similarly, this is the requirement to improve the informationize system construction of education and training in power grid enterprise.Based on the theories relate to education and training informationize management, this paper designed and developed the online university training platform on the basic of comprehensive education and training system in power grid companies. To achieve Education and Training the "five unification" work requirements, those are unified training program, unified curriculum development, unified exam construction, unified faculty management, unified personnel training in grid enterprises, first of all, this paper comprehends and grasps the reform direction and operation method of informationize education and training by analyzing and mastering the research status and development trends in informationize education and training both at home and abroad domestic. Then, this paper finds questions and deficiency of the employee education and training by diagnosing and analyzing the human resources status of enterprises. Then combine education and training of information technology related to the characteristics and advantages, through the overall design, requirements analysis, feasibility analysis, database design, and other steps proposed functional requirements of the system, function modules and other ideas. Then, combined with the relevant characteristics and advantages of informationize education and training, this paper proposes the the system demand and the function module partition through the process of general design, requirements analysis, feasibility analysis, database design,etc. Finally, base on the detailed design, this paper elaborates the realization of each function module and security policies from the implementation analysis of techniques and network architecture.Online University training platform discussed in this paper uses the framework of existing local area network in power grid enterprises, and takes B/S three layers (multilayer) architecture. Based on JSP dynamic Web technology development platform, construction uses Web to achieve functions of on-line learning, online examinations, training management, training evaluation management, student records management,etc. Back-end uses high-performance commercial database Oracle and hot-standby in order to improve data security and the stability of the system. This system set two deferent identity, the system administrator and stendent. When the user log in the system using the job number and password, depending on different identities, the system determine the corresponding authority to use. At the same time, in order to better conserve enterprise resources and responding to the power grid "three saving" the call, the existing education and training systems is a whole process management platform, and online university will complete training in this process. Since the most integrated transaction data save in the existing education and training system, the relevant data generated in the online university have to synchronize and save back to the existing system.Education and training information platform constructed this paper has a great significance to the improvement and promotion of human resources training and management in power grid enterprises, provides excellent sharable training resources, and offer the effective help to shorten the training gap between the eastern and western power grids staff.
