In this paper, we discussed the designing and the realizing management information system of the art education center in our school. The design of new system is aim to provide a management platform of integrated digital information for our art education. To collect and manage the college's art education resources, the system construction is based on the network, by means of advanced information technology. The purpose of all above methods is to meet the requires of modern teaching managements, and construct a standardized and unified management information system.In this system, we used Power Designer as the graphical data modeling tool and combined with B/S structure of Oracle lOg database, meanwhile, we used the Spring Side framework based on J2EE technology, realized the faster operation for the art education management system for Shanghai University of Electric Power. This system effectively automated the art education management, fully functionalized the managements of art education. This system made the art education management department to be the best efficiency, improved the efficiency and quality of the managements for the all kinds activities in our college. The system needs to combine with the existing management system of the college, and need to be legally access through unified identity authentication, which also produced a huge data need to be processed. Therefore, the structure design of the database is needed to optimize and enhance the database processing ability. Meanwhile, it is aim to achieve high efficiency of system data processing with fully considering the data security of the system.
