Research On Online Information Literacy Education Of University Libraries In China

Methods of the traditional information literacy education have undergone great reforms and changes in the promotion of new technology, which appear to be important is the performance of online information literacy education. The performance of online information literacy education takes the computer, network technology, database technology as its measure, makes it possible that users can use it without the restricted by time and place, and improves the information consciousness, information resources, knowledge, skills of information retrieval, information evaluation ability, information ability and information moral quality of the maximum extent. Besides, it has a greater advantage than the traditional information quality education.This paper focuses on discussing the contents of online information literacy education of colleges library, and taking the university libraries of the985project as the case study. In order to understand the full range of the university library and to provide some reference for our university library online information education, this paper also analyses the current situation and problems of online information literacy education and puts forward the corresponding counter measure. It consists of six parts.The first part:Introduced the research background, significance and the research situation at home and abroad of the topic. The second part:Presented the information literacy education and the online information literacy education. Firstly, introduced the connotation of the information literacy education for University students. And then, introduced the basic concept, online information literacy education cause and main characteristics. The Third part:Illustrated the "985Project" online information literacy education in University library. This whole part mainly around the status of knowledge to a comprehensive and objective985Project in University library, from the scope of the investigation, investigation method, results and analysis of the investigation result of online information literacy education. The fourth part:Put up with the main problems of online information literacy education in china. This part mainly focus on these deficiencies and problems faced of online information literacy education in China on the basis of seven aspects which are the lack of overall planning and unified standard, online information education lack of interaction, no special online network teaching platform, online education information platform construction is not perfect, the information quality of legal and moral education, the lack of the lack of effective information feedback, evaluation system, and online information literacy education carrier single type.The fifth part:Introduced the countermeasure research of online information literacy education in University Libraries in china. To improve the ability of online information literacy education in university library, this part puts forward several suggestions based on some aspects, such as:unified standard for this part of the overall planning, development, cooperation, developed teaching platform interactive, introduced and created a complete online network teaching platform, built a perfect online information literacy education platform, etc. The last part:summarized the significance of the online information literacy education.
