Wireless data transmission is the form of data exchange that information data acquisition terminal associated local computer over the wireless network. Currently, big data, networking, cloud computing and other new technologies at the rapid spread of popularization, wireless data transmission technology has broken the traditional functional morphology, such as radio frequency, infrared transmitter. Wireless data transmission technology has not only become the focus of extensive research, it has been widely used in military, road transport, urban management, smart home, industrial control and other fields.CAN bus control technology is widely used in the automotive field, the communication between devices on the car will be CAN technology-driven. Traditional detection and diagnosis technology, increasingly unable to fully meet the distributed control body detection and fault diagnosis technology models requirements. The topic for the sensor signal with CAN bus protocol specification has been studied to explore wireless transmission. The purpose is to reduce the detection and diagnosis of automotive wiring harness arrangement through a wireless sensor network applications, improve vehicle performance testing convenience.This main topic of research for building a ARM STM32 based embedded processor development and testing platform, that integrated TCP/TP protocol, CAN protocol and other communication technologies, digital DS18B20 sensor technology, wireless transmission system, the top software development. It compared the embedded technology, wireless data transmission technology, and highlights the WiFi technical features, determining WiFi technology as the wireless communication unit. Embedded systems hardware environment introduction. Especially DS18B20 temperature sensor, CAN bus hardware TJA1050, WiFi LAN hardware and other hardware unit selection, hardware design of wireless data transmission nodes. Embedded real-time operating system μC/OS-II build client software development platform to complete transplant, with TCP/IP network functions and so on. Then design CAN bus module drive, use Socket WiFi network communication technology programming, sensor signal acquisition, CAN bus to send, use WiFi module data transfer and other functions. Server-based virtual instrument Labview, established TCP/IP listener connections, storage interface design, data files. Finally, verifed the performance of the STM32 platform of the standard protocol for data with CAN implementations and WiFi wireless transmission systems.Tested to the WiFi node on the CAN bus and DS18B20 sensor and the entire system. Experimental data show that the system works stable, reliable, meet the design requirements.
