The digital, networked, intelligent alarm information system, can not only greatly reduce the work burden of armed police, improve the efficiency of duty, but also greatly enhances the ability to respond to emergencies, avoids unnecessary losses. Therefore, the armed police force has been higher demand for reliable alarm system. As a core component of the alarm information system, Alarm terminal undertakes the important task of alarm information collection, transmission and processing. Currently, the alarm terminal on the market is mostly fixing device, which is too large and high cost. And some wireless portable terminal on the market always has disadvantages of simple function and sole alarm form. To this end, a terminal based on STM32 processor in CAPF alarm information system was proposed.The terminal of CAPF alarm information system proposed in this paper can realize alarm and linkage response, and supports both Ethernet and WIFI communication modes,which can be used for mobile sentry alarm and fixed sentry alarm, and users can customize their own voice or display alarm contents. The terminal is consisted of STM32F103ZET6 processor module and C8051F340 module. STM32 processor which was extended MP3 sub-module, LCD touch screen sub-module, SD card storage sub-module, LED sub-module, button interface sub-module and relay interface sub-module, primarily responsible for the detection of key input, generating or parsing communication protocols, reading data stored in alarm files, implementing three-dimensional alarm, controling relay status, etc.. C8051F340 processor which was extended Ethernet sub-module and WIFI sub-module primarily responsible for the receiving and sending alarm data, and transmiting data with STM32 processor through USART interface. The actual test show that each module of the alarm terminal can work in corrdination.Firstly, this paper introduces the background of the alarm system and the design scheme of this terminal. Secondly, completes the schematic drawing and PCB design of the terminal, verifies the hardware design of this terminal is reasonable. Subsequently,implements software design of the terminal. Finally, the terminal is debugged. Tests result show that the design is consistent with intended function, and has met the design target.
