The Study Of Qing Dynasty Political System’s Influence On Archices Work

Qing dynasty, an important period of our nation, is unified multi-ethnics which was established by the minority Manchu. It represents a new page for the feudal society and has been lasted for more than 290 years from the beginning of Jin regime to the ending of Qing dynasty, a semi-colonial to semi-feudal society. Choosing Qin Archives work as beginning would be a representative lesson to link two systems (politics and archive) work together. By its bilateral relationship, the archives can improve continuously through the influence of the political system in Qing dynasty, or even modern society.This paper is divided into four parts. The first part starts with the definition and relationship of the political system and the concept of archival work, expounds the connotation of the two party and the inherent relationship between them.The second part analyzes the social and political background of the Qing Dynasty, and discusses the characteristics of the political system in the qing dynasty.The third part expounds the main contents of the archives work in the Qing Dynasty and systematically summarizes the specific influence of the political system to the archives work in the Qing Dynasty. Effect of the political system in the Qing Dynasty on the archives work is mainly reflected in Qing Dynasty archives institutions settings, document system formation, the archival legislations and regulations formulation, the archives management system change and the archives working personnel and the five aspects, political system formed in the formation of archives work system; reform of the political system will also cause enormous changes in archives work. Under the influence of the Qing Dynasty in the feudal autocratic system and archives work realized a highly centralized management mode, but this model with the change of China’s social and political system and the disintegration of the, resulting in a new form of management.In the last part, the paper evaluates the advanced nature and limitations of the archives work in the Qing Dynasty, and puts forward some enlightenment and reference to the modern archival work.
