This article starts according to Weibo netizen comments on Peng Liyuan as First Lady to visit aboard, collecting and analyzing the content of comments. So as to understand the importance and communication effect of shaping First Lady’s personal image and national image from communication subject to audience in domestic social network. Besides, analyzing the innovation and deficiency of the national cultural communication, national image building and public diplomacy in social network. Currently, entertainment and business information in Weibo is still the mainstream. Spreading First Lady’s image needs to be adapted to the characteristics of new media communication, above all, consider how to shape a vivid and better national image. Do not blindly cater to the topic to attract popularity, do not to limit the netizen to’optimize’the network environment. We need to set up a variety of communication factors to achieve better communication effect.
