The Design And Implementation Of Fund Consignment System For BRCB

With the development of domestic economy and the popularization of investment knowledge, Fund, as one of the investment manner, is favored by many investors for its low risk and proper benefit. To accommodate to the increasing market requirement, BRCB has proposed to construct a set of centralized fund consignment system. The system has aimed at solving problems, such as complicated procedures, large amount of data transfer and synchronization requirement, sereve process delay and low efficiency etc.The system has been designed based on the business of fund consignment of BRCB. The main function of this system includes business data processing, system parameter management and e-service for business procedure etc. This system implements the e-management of parameter, interface with bank core system,, marketing support, and data forms, etc. Moreover, e-process of fund consignment business, for instance, creating account, fund purchasing have been realized. UML, JAVA, database and TCP/IP technologies have been used during the design process and development.The system has achieved three main targets:efficiency, integration and standardization. With the deployment of this system, efficiency of BRCB business process has been improved significantly, and along with the increasing customers’ satisfaction. Combining the old and new fund consignment function, the system has provided a full scope of business support. While for the perspective of management, the system presents a more detailed process record to support management decision. Through the interface design, the system has realized standard communication with Bank Core Business system and TA system, which has make the system more flexible and easier to expand.Based on the author’s main work, this article provides a description of the design work, including requirement analysis, architecture design, function design, database design and system test, etc..
