With the rapid development of fresh e-commerce and the increasing consumer demand for online shopping,understanding the consumer's evaluation of the quality of fresh food logistics services is crucial for fresh e-commerce companies.At present,the research on the quality evaluation system of fresh e-commerce logistics service mainly relies on the literature and design questionnaire,which has the inevitable subjectivity and imprecision.Based on the emotional polarity analysis and word frequency statistics technology of network evaluation,this paper goes deep into the logistics service quality evaluation system of graduate fresh products,and proposes the potential factors that affect the consumers' continuous purchasing behavior and the stability of related demand,so as to improve the quality evaluation of fresh logistics services.Effectiveness.The main research work of the thesis includes:(1)Dimensional analysis of the quality evaluation system of fresh e-commerce logistics service,from the four dimensions of professionalism,reliability,convenience and security,provide theoretical support for the paper to obtain the influencing factors of logistics service quality.(2)Data analysis based on network evaluation:Obtain network evaluation data of fresh meat products from Jingdong Fresh and Tmall supermarkets;set website page turning and wording rules to obtain user ID and user level The csv file of commenting on the star rating and comment content establishes the data foundation based on the sentiment analysis of the network evaluation.(3)Emotional analysis:The key factors of logistics service quality evaluation:based on emotional polarity analysis and high-frequency vocabulary statistics,the comments texts are processed to explore the consumer's emotional tendency towards fresh meat products;The high-frequency vocabulary proposes the influencing factors of logistics service quality,and constitutes an evaluation system including 13 indicators such as distribution speed,freshness and brand reputation.Based on the sentiment analysis of network evaluation,this paper puts forward the key influencing factors of fresh logistics service quality evaluation,in order to establish an objective and rigorous fresh logistics service quality evaluation system,so as to improve customer satisfaction and solve the subjectivity of current logistics service evaluation.problem.In addition,research methods based on online evaluation sentiment analysis can also be applied to the research of logistics service quality of other categories of e-commerce products to promote the improvement of e-commerce services.
