The "Talking bar" is an original television interview program on China Central Television from the Spring Festival of 2014.It majors in Chinese traditional festival and social hot spots and has changes the traditional TV news interview pattern and removes the reporter which has always been the middle role. What’s more, it uses a removable small pavilion as the news interview logo. It units the interpersonal communication and mass communication with emotional talk and then becomes a big event in our society. The study of it is useful for news business practice.This paper focus on the content and form of the "Talking bar", besides it will be placed in the media industry framework, finally we find it is a media product by China Central Television based on cultural and social reality. It reflects the connection of interpersonal communication and mass communication.Firstly, it has a special background, under the national press and requirements of "go grassroots, turn style, change language", China Central Television has launched many programs such as " The most beautiful village cadres" "what happiness is" etc. The "Talking bar" is in line with these new practices. From the showing view, interview object、mass media and subject matters are unified in this architecture, it helps build a whole nation psychological space and national identity.Based on this, it reflect the unit of audiences* discourse demand, the media’s content production demand and the cultural innovation demand. In the view of Concept of communication ritual,it belongs to the dissemination of human behavior, such media rituals are not only ceremony appearance, but becomes a metaphor which contains culture, media and individuals.With emotional talk as the link, the "Talking bar" connect interpersonal communication and mass communication and then redefines the "two step flow of communication"mode, finally the opinion leaders" identity has changed, communication concept hierarchy disappear and the national recognition paradigm has been enhanced.Finally, we find that the "Talking bar" play a positive role in connecting communication mode and enhance national identity. However, there are some negative problems,such as ritual behavior bias in individual image, media post processing and single program dissemination.In the future, the "Talking bar’may pay more attention on more social significant topics, and use Internet thinking to edit the program content.All of this will help it to adapt the dramatic changes of public attention.
