According to James Kerry's view on mass media ritual, this article begins with an open research about the current situation of The Folk Song Festival of Liu Sanjie in Liuhe Country, yizhou,Guangxi. The author will analyze and tease the places which hold The Folk Song Festival of Liu Sanjie, the situations of roles assignment and expound the harmonious relationship between the culture of The Folk Song Festival of Liu Sanjie and etiquette of the central plains of China. The article will also tell us that holy ceremony could make people gather in form of grous or community to hold time and society together is the common ground between the dissemination of The Folk Song Festival of Liu Sanjie and the view on mass media. The result indicate the most fundamental link between the propagation of folk songs and that of smrit—the deletion of participative roles for singing fair, which is just the reason why the culture of The Folk Song Festival of Liu Sanjie has become fault. So the author will propose that the government and high schools sthengthen the training of the participative roles for singing fair.On the other hand, the article will call on deep excavation of traditional cuiltral symbols of The Folk Song Festival of Liu Sanjie to rebuild the "imaginative community" of Zhuang Minority culture, so that singing fair would be the spiritual tie of the ancient and modern and Zhuangs and enhancing the national cohesion.
