Research On Anhui Archive Management Mode Exploration

In 2004, the Anhui area was carried out with the reform of archive management mode based on Hexian as a pilot and promoted the experience of Hexian to the whole province in later 2005.As a massive Anhui style archive management mode exploration, which main characters are mode of Hexian and Anhui style exploration,it is a revolution of thoughts,management ideas and ways of working.It will be recorded in the reform of China’s archive management mode and writed into the history of contemporary Chinese archive development definitely.However,its great significance and profound impact hasn’t been fully revealed yet.Summing up the whole reform process and analysising the merits and demerits of the reform objectively and fairly has inspiration and reference for the development of China’s archival management business.This paper has sorted out the cause,content and main features of the reform comprehensively and in detail,and explained the significance of the reform from five aspects,including theory,practice,academic,law and reality.It also has analyzed the academic discussion and the dispute of Anhui model reform from six aspects,further summarized the questions Hexian has met at present, the difficulties when the experience has been promoted and also proposed some countermeasures.The author thinks that the reform of Anhui archives management mode could bring us several important enlightenments about archival career development in our country.First,you need dare to do more.Then you’ll accomplish more.Second,the reform is major step of the times and the needs of society.Third.the reform is a powerful driving force to promote the development of archival career.Fourth,it has great and profound significance to the legalization of archives in our country.Fifth,it is very important to the top-level design for the reform of the archives management mode in our country.And also,the paper gives some prospects of the future of China’s archives management mode.First,we need to have a view of development and serve the people.Second,we have to do the top-level design firstly and keep up with new urbanization.Third,we should let the electronic document center lead Anhui style exploration into the era of Digital Archives.The last not least, talent team construction is the core of the development of archives work.
