With the rise of the tide of the mobile Internet, faster network, more powerful processing system and a richer mobile applications is making the position of smart phones more and more important in People’s Daily life. But at this stage, a lot of work such as document writing and processing the mainstream approach is rely on PC, which makes the smartphone complementary with traditional PC has become a pressing needs. People more and more attention to how convenient, efficient and safe connection from smartphones to traditional PC, so as to realize data sharing, remote cross-platform calls and control, etc. In this context, this article from the Angle of a problem, that is to develop a quick and easy to manipulate the computer through mobile terminal and wireless data transmission of the tool, to explore the method to solve the problem of the class, as a result, some practical solutions are put forward. The main work is as follows:(1) The wireless communication technology is introduced based on the Android platform. Expounds the several common mobile wireless control technology. Analysis advantages and disadvantages of the communication technology based on wi-fi, communication technology based on Bluetooth and communication technology based on the GPRS. Analyzed related theory and the principle of C # programming, Java programming, Socket programming and Android programming and so on.(2) Comparison of several common communication technology, because wi-fi has characteristics of high transmission speed and reliability, Bluetooth power consumption is low, the characteristics of GPRS coverage range,we puts forward the adaptive network switching algorithm based on Android platform of mobile phone. Adaptive network switching algorithm based on signal strength, mobile phone battery, different ways of communication transmission rate three factor weighted, use a priority queue dynamic optimal network switch.In the processing of Mobile phone control PC, high speed and stability transmission are required, apply the algorithm to wireless control system, can significantly improve the performance.(3) With Android intelligent terminal as the application platform, we designed an Android terminal remote control computer software which has the function of intelligent network switch, PPT assistant, remote control, file transfer, virtual mouse, wireless controller, virtual desktop,and so on.(4) Mobile client and PC server has carried on the detailed design, the adaptive network switching algorithm is integrated into the system. Various modules of this system for unit testing, and integration test, function test results show that the system has a basic implementation and system can be normal use.
