Development Of Remote Control System Of Smart TV Based On Android

The roles of TV and phone in the past life had played single, which the functions are relatively simple that the two objects can’t make a association to form a system. Currently, the emergence of smart TV and phones are greatly changed the ways of the human’s life. By the increasing the popularity of Internet and network speed, People can get rid of the traditional computer to watch network programs on TV. At the same time due to the rapid development of mobile phones, it has become a new means to control home appliances as a handled device gradually.Previous phones merely act as the role of communications equipment, and television is just a terminal display screen. But with the launch of the Android system, they have more and more similarities between them, as well as their own advantages.In this paper, we use a smart TV which is mounted a smart chip named Hi3752 V510 and a Android smart phones combined a remote control system. Implementing the client program on the phone terminal, which transplant the infrared remote control, interact with television via Bluetooth, to provide users with a new way of control. At the TV terminal, it implements server program as well. It is not only receiving the control command to the phone via Bluetooth, but also through the program graphical interface displayed on the television to play variety of settings, such as image settings, sound settings. In addition, we also made a Bluetooth communication extended, so the TV terminal can connect Bluetooth speaker, and provide a television software online upgrade service.This paper describes the components of the system and the realization of the parts of the system. In addition, a lot of optimization work on the user interface of TV and phone terminal have done, such as functional layout, color matching, hierarchy of menus, menu display and a real-time toast of the application’s state, which contains a lot of innovative ideas and improvements which obtain the satisfactory of overall effect. Meanwhile, the paper as an applied research, which comes from actual production. This application has been put to practical production which gain the recognition of actual market users.
