With the advent of the era of3G (Third Generation) high-speed network communication, the functional requirements of the phone are increasing as well. Smart phones with its open operating system, user-friendly interface and powerful extensibility features are sought-after by users. The rapid development of mobile terminals and wireless network, makes mobile phones and computers become the integral part of everyday life, transmission and exchange of information between them has become increasingly frequent. Traditional USB (Universal Serial BUS) connection mode transmission has a high speed, but carrying data-lines everywhere will be inconvenient. Therefore, the thesis is designing a convenient wireless data transmission between the phone and the computer.On these grounds, based on the burgeoning Android Operating System intelligent terminal for the application platform, the thesis designs a system which controls PC and operates the documents in the Android device via Wi-Fi network by Android device, and can basically meet the user’s requirement. Compared with other developed control system,this one has some advantages,such as high functional integration,relative safety of the transmission mode,simple interface and easy-to-use.Specifically, the wireless PC (Personal Computer) control system in this paper is in the same LAN, using a Android device via Wi-Fi to control a PC device, using C/S(client/server) architecture,the PC device is the server-side, and the Android is the client. Mainly functions include Android device file manager, wireless mouse function, wireless file transfer, PC end folder monitoring and automatic open transmission folder function. The server-side is to develop a monitoring program, when starting is in the listening state, it can monitoring a designated port of the PC,receiving data from the client, and complete the user’s requirement. The development of the client contains two main requirements, one is to provide a interface to send data for the application; The other is the Android device file manager function, which cut, paste, send, rename, delete the file stored in the equipment. During the development,we used Java socket programming and Android programming. Finally, we have done functional and testing to the system to determine the realization of the functions and normal use.
