With Android into people's vision at 2007, mobile devices market has undergone enormous changes. Open-source of Android enables more and more OEMs and Network Operators joining in this revolution which is sweeping across the whole world, and it also pull the attentions of millions of third-party software developers to develop Android application. Now Android device can be found everywhere, such as Android phone, Android TV, Android camera, Android tablet and so on. Android also have a huge variety of applications, functional Applications, as phone, email, Music, and entertainment applications, as kinds of Android games. Now Android is everywhere. The system talked in this paper is developed in Android not other platform is also because its widespread use. Android's Open-source is another reason why user Android here. Open-source make it easy to find reason when developers are blocked in the development process. The Wireless Control System discussed here is using one Android device to control another Android devices in the same network. The controlled one is called server and the controller client. At server side, the task is to develop a daemon, which start with Android system and be in listening state all the time. The daemon should also have function to parse the control information to internal events. At client side, the development include two tasks. One is function library and the other is application. The former supplies interfaces of connection, disconnection and event sending. The latter use the libray's interface to control server. In development process socket programming of java and C will be used, and the technology of emulating key event by uinput will also be used. Finally, do connection/disconnection tests and key tests to verify the system function.
