With the technology and economic developed rapidly, highway, railway, overpasses and other infrastructure facilities has been increased year by year. Punching machine which has been widely used due to it is one of the most important equipment of pile foundation. Traditional punching machine mainly rely on manual construction on the break and clutch operation, it has got low efficiency, there also exist security risk. To solve these questions, the paper aimed at the actual requirement. Used the automatic control and wireless communication technology in punching machine control system, designed the piling cluster monitoring system which is based on wireless communication. This system has far-reaching significance in the protection of construction workers safety, improve the efficiency of site construction, and promote the country’s infrastructure.This article introduces the overall design, the hardware circuit design, the control algorithm research and the software programs of the piling cluster monitoring system. The paper start from the pilling works and procedures, designed the entire program of the piling cluster monitoring system, also modified the structure machine of the piling machine. On this basis, choosing a 16-bit processors MC9S12XS128 as the master chip to design the system hardware circuit board which produced by Freescale Semiconductor. According to the actual site of the working situation, study an control algorithm which based on the fuzzy expert control. Finally used modular structure programming methods, finished the software design of the system.The paper studied Piling cluster monitoring system is mainly through the analysis of the various sensor information and the experiences on piling machine parameters. Constructed expert system based on fuzzy control, to achieve an efficient and intelligent monitoring control in on-site piling machine. So that protect the personal safety of construction workers, improve the efficiency of the on-site pile constructions, and decreased the economic costs, so that can make the work of the piling cluster monitoring system more intelligent and efficient.
