The Application Research Of The Fuzzy Expert System Based On Fuzzy Bp Neural Network In The Computer Network Performance Management

The computer network management is a special computer research direction. Basing on the latest development of the expert system, this paper investigates the application of expert system in the network performance management, puts forward the method of using the fuzzy expert system based on fuzzy BP neural network in the network performance management, fully uses its capability of dealing with uncertainty knowledge and the superiority of the neural network at fuzzy reasoning, self-learning and the parallel processing etc., to surmount the shortcomings of the traditional expert systems.Firstly, aiming at the difficulty in ascertaining the neuron number of the hide-layer of the BP neural network, as well as the limitation that the traditional BP study algorithm exists, according to the concrete circumstances that we study, we have put forward one new type of construction model of thefuzzy BP neural network, presented the methods of adjusting the weight values and threshold values of the fuzzy BP neural network, as well as the parameters of the membership functions, and the processes of derivation, put forward one new improved BP study algorithm to quickly ascertain the structure of neural network, and with the experiment to prove the effectiveness of the improved algorithms.Secondly, the combination of fuzzy logic, neural network and expert system technology etc. has been in progress research, the structure and realization of the fuzzy expert system based on fuzzy BP neural network have been presented, carrying on the comparison and analysis with the traditional expert system.Then, after discussing the characteristic and requirement of the network management expert system, we give a structure model of the network management expert system based on FBPNN, and this structure model can fairly well combine the characteristics of the network management and the expert system.Finally, initial research about the realization of the network system bottle test expert system based on FBPNN has been carried out, in the network performance management function field. We also present one experimental software system.
