Zhu Steel mill system is consist of pump system pumps,tank components, temperature control units and pollution control devices.Hydraulic System main work includes the installation of hydraulic components(hydraulic pumps,hydraulic cylinders,hydraulic valves,etc.)installation,pipeline installation accessories. Hydraulic Debugging including basic components,circuit debug,temperature pressure flow and other parameters of debugging.Hydraulic fault diagnosis during debugging,including irregularities in the diagnosis,but also the production process in the various fault.In recent years,with artificial intelligence,especially the continuous development of expert systems,application expert system technology to the installation of complex mechanical equipment debugging and fault diagnosis work, has become a trend in the development of practical applications and play an important role.Expert System is the study of knowledge processing system,which is based on the knowledge of experts in the field,and re-interpretation of these organizations with knowledge so that they can become experts in the field,with the ability to solve complex problems Intelligent procedures.It is of great realistic significance that setting up Hydraulic equipment installation and debugging and fault diagnosis expert system for fault diagnosis installation and the provision of modern tools to support decision-making,not only can improve the equipment installed and tested the speed,quality and maintenance standards,but also to improve the accuracy of resolving complex fault and efficiency and the protection of the safe operation of hydraulic equipment.from the analysis of this pump system began rolling,rolling machine pumping station will be installed and tested and Fault Diagnosis Expert System introduced in three separate parts.Installation, debugging,fault diagnosis are as a separate chapter,the reasons for this design is to consider this issue from a business application projects,enterprises hope that the good part of the independence,well targeted.After during long time consideration, it is better way to use of this format.However,the overall content of the three are identical,that is,are the basis of an expert system,except that one aspect of a certain specific issues uses a new method to make up for the expert system itself inadequate,so that to achieve function more perfectly.As part of the installation, knowledge base only use expert system.generated knowledge of the methodology, because this part of the methods of operation are the tips,fuzzy knowledge does not exist,can explain how to install the pump system clearly.Debugging include the debugging of the concrete steps,to the debugging of the specific parameters for the former,knowledge base and the installation of little distinction,because of specific parameters debugging difficult,quoting CAT technology,the new method used to construct the knowledge base to resolve problems on parameters debugging.The application ofthis technology,which uses on-line surveillance capabilities,do well not only good observation parameter values,but also good forecast fault location and Fault diagnosis convenient.Fault diagnosis part mainly introduce fuzzy reasoning method.Finally papers introduce the system development process,the main function and characteristics of the system,the next step needs to be done and amended,and the future plan to do more in-depth study of the prospect.
