Jinma Automobile Wheel company mainly runs the production and the manufacture of automotive wheels and other auto parts. It adopts traditional manufacture technology and management methods, and the production process of hub is complex and monthly production is low. At the meantime, due to the limitation of science level, the company can’t produce some precision auto parts and needs to rely on the imports. In addition, the company’s staff management system is loose, and the efficiency is low, which is easy to cause loopholes of the management. In order to improve this situation, increase productivity, improve the management model and provide a better environment for the company, we decide to design and implement an informational system to manage the manufacture and the management for automobile wheel.In order to complete the Jinma automobile wheel company’s manufacturing execution system, we use Java programming language and B/S structure. The user sends operation request on the browser side, then the server accepts the request, processes them and returns the results back to user through the network, which is displayed in the Web interface. Meanwhile, in order to make the programming logic better, we refer to the MVC model and adopt the SSH framework which is the integration of Struts, Spring and Hibernate. In inspect of database management this system decides to use SQL SERVER 2014.Jinma automobile wheel company’s manufacturing execution system mainly achieves the basic information management, production management, piecework payroll management, quality inspection management and system management. Among them, the basic information management completes the degree management, customer management, supplier management, product management, order management, work instruction management, department management, employee information management, materials management, mold management and equipment management; The production management completes production plan management, production task management, production schedule management and order state management; The piecework payroll management finishes piecework information management and employee wages management; The quality inspection management completes product quality management and product packaging management; The system management achieves system management, information management, employee IC card management, device management and data backup management.The development and use of Jinma automobile wheel company’s manufacturing execution system can not only improve the efficiency of management for this company, but also can improve corporate’s operational mode and create a better working environment.
