With the rapid development of social economy,the development of power generation companies is constantly changing.Although Guodian Liaocheng Power Generation Company has completed the technological transformation and has upgraded the equipment,but the production management method are relatively backward.Problems occurred on the equipment cannot be discovered in time.The overall operating condition of the power generation company can not be kept at any time,and production decisions lack scientific basis.The forms of statements in the company's operations are different,and coordination among departments is difficult.These problems have greatly affected the normal operation of the power generation company.Therefore,the development of its own production management system is imminent for Guodian Liaocheng Power Generation Company.During the design of the production management system of Guodian Liaocheng Power Generation Company,the production management status of the power generation company is fully analyzed and researched,and with understanding of domestic and international technologies through searching relevant information,the design system adopts the MVC architecture and relevant content of the SSH framework which making the workflow of the entire system more convenient.The writing program implementing the system uses the Java language,which is an object-oriented programming language.And SQL Server2014 database is used for the processing of system data.The production management system of Guodian Liaocheng Power Generation Company have mainly achieved four major operations,namely defect management,two-ticket management,equipment management,and maintenance management.Among them,defect management is mainly divided into several aspects,including defect registration,defect inquiry,defect report,basic data,defect process link,and defect management classification.The two-ticket management is mainly divided into two aspects,the work ticket and the operation ticket.Equipment management mainly include equipment file,professional setting,unit start and stop,equipment transaction,equipment repair,and equipment rating.Maintenance management mainly include maintenance project management,equipment maintenance plan,maintenance implementation and maintenance cost accounting.Through the implementation of these major services and their sub-functions,it is possible to ensure the continuous use of the company's equipment to attain clear responsibility and work efficiency.In addition,it also make the company's statements more normalized,unified,and standardized.The realization of these services guarantee the company's normal operations.The operation of the system make the daily work of the power generation company become more standardized,and greatly strengthen the correlation between levels,improve the safety factor of equipment operation of Guodian Liaocheng Power Generation Company,eliminate the potential safety hazards of the equipment,and greatly increase the economic efficiency of power generation company.
