| Manufacturing execution management system is the strategic development needs of enterprise information construction.It can provide users with a fast-responding,flexible and refined manufacturing environment,helping enterprises to reduce costs,deliver on time,improve product quality and improve service quality.Midea's magnetron factory relies too much on manpower for production,data collection,equipment mold maintenance,equipment connection,and quality control,it is difficult to integrate production planning,scheduling,quality,inventory and other links,resulting in information opaque,information transmission difficulties,information island.In order to improve the efficiency of the parts factory management system and create a solid,reliable,comprehensive and feasible manufacturing collaborative management platform for the factory,this paper proposes the construction of a part engineering MES system.This thesis summarizes the background of the construction of a part project MES system,pointing out the important role that system development brings to the company's development,and determining the main objectives and significance of the system implementation.This thesis defines the main objectives of the MES system construction,and analyzes the business processes of the admission process,incoming material receiving,production of white ball,production of black ball,magnetron assembly and EAM,equipment connection and other functions.Through the functional use case analysis,the functional modules that the user can operate are clarified.The article designs the overall design of the system,determines the location of the MES in the enterprise information system,and builds the technical architecture,application architecture and network deployment.The production plan is the source,based on the product process definition and production resources,based on the production performance.The production plan is split,dispatched,assigned,balanced,and managed.Through the production execution,the plan execution monitoring,quality inspection,workshop management,and inventory management are integrated into one,and the production plan,workshop execution,quality control,and inventory management are one data.The closed loop of circulation realizes rapid response,timely detection and timely feedback abnormality,and realizes lean production of the parts factory.The article designs the external interface of MES and other systems,and designs the core database table of the production module.This paper focuses on the UML modeling methods such as time series diagram and flow chart,and designs the core function modules such as production module,warehousing logistics module,PQC module,equipment module and kanban report,and writes the program code to realize related functions.At the end of the article,the system tests the functions,data integrity and performance,and provides preconditions for the system to go online.Through a certain part project MES system,this project controls the information of planning,scheduling,quality,process and equipment operation in real time,so that all relevant departments can find problems and solve problems in time.At the same time,it optimizes the production management mode of the enterprise,strengthens the process management and control,achieves the purpose of refined management,and improves product quality and customer satisfaction.Strengthened the collaborative office capacity of each production department,improved work efficiency and reduced production costs.It improves the timeliness and accuracy of statistical analysis of production data and enhances the resilience of production.Finally,the MES system can be used to establish a standardized production management information platform,which improves the core competitiveness of the enterprise. |
