The yanchang oil group subordinate of oil field in the mountains in Northern Shanxi,oil fields are located in the environment is very bad, very discrete distributions, found through research, oil wells in the region still use traditional artificial inspection well management and need to invest a lot of manpower and material resources; also the area oilfield belongs to low yield oil, but pumping oil machine almost been in 24 hours of uninterrupted work, resulting in a great waste of energy, and oil pumping machine accidents occur frequently, directly brought huge economic losses to the enterprise. Through field survey multiple times, the subject need to solve three problems. First of all, the realization of intelligent measure of low yield wells, to replace the manual inspection wells data acquisition; and secondly, to achieve energy-saving production system, to pump oil, oil-free stop. Finally, realize the data remote transmission, management personnel can through background PC direct supervision of oil field.This topic using embedded system and GPRS Remote Wireless communication technology, to realize remote monitoring the working status of the oil wells. At the same time, the computer can data through the network real-time acquisition of various oil wells,the collected data are stored to the database, through software background of these data analysis, achieve the productivity of oil wells daily, monthly, annual report, to realize digital paperless office, a lot of improve the work efficiency. Also in the monitoring center can quickly and accurately grasp the working state of all oil wells of each well area,problems can be found in time, fast to the problem, reduce the economic loss caused by damage due to mechanical.The system can oil field intelligent and digital management, and it can save a lot of energy and power, in the oil shortage and low yield wells increasing, the development of the system for future research of petroleum industry has very important role.
