With the boost in China’s economy, urban transport system has also been an unprecedented development, especially in recent years; along with increasingly affluent of people’s life, the automotive industry has experienced a period of prosperity never in before. The rapid increase of vehicles brings a lot of pressure to the city’s foundation transportation facilities. The transport facilities of Urban has been improved constantly, but still with little success. Under the condition of the limited traffic resources, How to maximize the efficient use of transportation resources to solve urban traffic problems has been become an important issue to consider of. The proposed system is designed in such a social context. The system relies on the wide range of today’s 3G / 4G signal coverage, and the background of large-scale development of mobile software industry, design a traffic information query software based on Wechat public platform and J2 EE technology.The system uses Spring + Spring MVC + Mybatis(SSM) Framework and MVC three-tier structure, completes frame design of the entire system. The whole system is divided into two parts: the front-end part and the server part. The front part completes the frame and the UI design of front page with Html5, CSS3, Javascript, Ajax and JQuery Mobile page control technology, and achieves each of function module query interfaces. The server part includes response interface, information processing module, database access module, packet information package module. In terms of functionality, including vehicle illegal queries, real-time traffic query, the query of parking, car wash shops query, auto 4S shops query. Wechat public platform receiving user issues as the system entry of all functional modules. The server completes the analysis information, query, and then packaged packaging, sending and other processes, finally completes the entire information inquiry service.
