An important aspect to improve the training level and strengthen the fighting capacity,is to change the previous training management method, increase the working efficiency of the commander, and enhance the pertinence of training.This thesis carefully analyses the existing problems of training management mode, researched the present situation of military training management system, combined with the practical experience of grassroots unit,combat uniforms department and performance management demand for the company commanderand, there are also the work characteristics and the status quo of the network. It also Locating the function and structure of the system. O n the basis of fully research, the training management system is degined and developed, including three modules: system management, information management, and achievement management.This thesis mainly introduces the process of topic selection of the achievements management system,requirement analysis, system design, system development, system testing. Focuses on the system requirement analysis, system architecture design, database design and realization of the key function code. Besides,made an introduction of the Java Web related technology used in system.This system adopts B/S structure of system development, and s how the results of the analysis in the form of chart,low demands on the user machine,apply to the military outdoor training for a long time.The system uses a modular architecture, at the same time, using the MVC three-tier design thought, is easy for the follow- up maintenance system and function extension.This thesis detailed introduced the design idea for training management system and the implementation process. At the same time, make the test plan and design the test case, through the test, proved that the system meet the design expectations, suitable for basic unit.
