The Research And Achievement Of Military Training Records Management System Of Artillery Brigade (Regiment)

As the rapid development of military information construction, higher requirement is putforward to digital and network of the army management. In recent years, in order to adapt therequire of meticulous and efficiency management of the army under the new situation, withthe military information construction develops rapidly which up to now has completed theinfrastructure of military information. As primary brigade unit, combat effectiveness of troopsis very important, however, it is lack of support for information systems, the work efficiencyis low, resource is waste, confidentiality is poor upon the information management of trainingachievement. Therefore, it is urgent to develop a high practical management informationsystem to achieve the management of personal information and training records, and grasp thequality of training, and improve the level of training.First of all, the army that owns special professional background is carefully studied inthis article, the present situation of military training performance management is researched,deficiencies are identified, the research value and direction of this article are cleared. Theresearch need is conducted in army, feasibility is analyzed, the needs analysis is sorted out,the specific functional goal to be achieved is determined in this article.This dissertation combines with the specific environment of army informationconstruction, especially the feature of military secrecy is considered, the development of C/Sstructure model is described, SQL Server database is used as the backend database in thissystem, Delphi is used to develop program interface on the program, when brigade (regiment)is the basic management unit, the accurate management of personal basic information, courseinformation, military training information and the other relevant data is realized in this system.Adequate research is done before designing, the need analysis and the optimized design aremade, in order to ensure that the system is not only the common information managementsystem, but also an army information management system. The Object-Oriented method isadopted in the design, the relationship is established, following the design ideas of data layer,logical layer and presentation layer, the design and implementation of whole system iscompleted.The design ideas, the implementation process and the key technologies of information management system are detailedly introduced in this article. At the same time, the softwaretesting program is also described, the functional requirement is proved. The feature of thecomplete functional coverage, good stability, scalability and good interface is included in thissystem, it is a performance management system that is applicable to training performancemanagement in basic units.
