The Management System Design And Implementation Of Training Plan For Army

Training program is a prerequisite for military training, and it affects the training effectiveness and combat capability directly. At present, grass-roots units still take a backward manual operation management in drawing up military training program, As a result, the inefficient and error-prone besides the inadequate utilization of resources impede the advance of fighting capacity in army. In this paper, a requirement analysis of the military training program’s information system was carried out unit and achieved a design and implementation of the military training program management system, promoting an information technology framework of the military training program management, working out a theory and method accompanying the military training program. It provides an effective way to realize the scientific management of developing the military training program for grass-roots units.Aiming at several problems faced by traditional military training program drawing-up for planners, discussions and researches were conducted theoretically, taking practical application into account. In accordance with software engineering ideas for the design of the system, using the structure "JSP+TOMCAT+SQL Server", combined with B/S framework for the detailed design and development of the system to achieve the system’s user management, training program management, training programs automatically generated, information inquiry and maintenance functions. Promoting the information technology framework of the military training program, a training plan system was designed and implemented, including:subscriber identification, training program entry, training programs generated, instructors and subject information processing, training programs query and maintenance function modules etc. The system has the following characteristics:(1) implementation of the training programs in various training units under unified management.(2) for different branches and batch of the military, carried out a targeted program distinction.(3) implementation of the training program’s automatic generation and exportation.(4) facilitate the trainers and soldiers into easy queries of the training program.(5) The use of Web technology is easy to deploy and maintain. After the testing of the relevant departments, the system will be widely used in the armed forces.
