The Design Of Military Training And Management Information System Based On B/S Framework

The Internet has driven the popularity of the informatization. Due to the popularity and decreasing cost of IT equipments, the informatization has gone deep into all aspect s of the society. The informatization has greatly improved the efficiency of data transmi ssion, which, to a large extent, has improved management efficiency by reducing operati on cost. The informatizaion has brought in many advantages, as a result, nowadays the i nformatization management has become an effective approach to enhance the managem ent in various industries. Since the wars of the future would be informationized, our arm y has put forward a plan of building an informationized army in order to make our army take advantages in the future informationized wars. To win the future informationized wars, it is imperative to improve the troop’s operational ability under informationized w ars. Military training is an important process in military management, and effective milit ary training can improve the troop’s operational quality, therefore, military training unde r informatization lays foundation for improving the troop’s operational ability under inf ormationized wars.The military training management system, on which this study focuses, is develop ed by systematic theory and mainstream development tools, based on experiences accu mulated in practical work. The main function of the system includes five modules: 1.Per sonnel management, which contains basic information setup, personnel changes, and arc hitecture management. 2.Training management which contains plans and directives, stat istical analysis, case reports, training monitoring, and performance records and training activities.3.Network training, which contains training teaching, online examination and performance management. 4. training support which contains resource management, res ource applying, support plan, and resource consumption. 5. system management, which contains user management, authority management, and password modification.This study mainly focuses on introducing the whole process of the information ma nagement system, including topic selection, demand analysis, system design and develo pment, and emphasizes on demand analysis, framework design and the realization of the key functions encoding. This study runs through each procedure of the development of the system and introduces the IT technology and design method for the developing of th e system. This article also analyzed and elaborated the OPP(object oriented) method,.NET technology, MS SQL 2008, applied in the development of the system. The realizatio n of this system can substantively enhance the information level of military training ma nagement, improve the efficiency and quality of training management, and reinforce the control of all the procedures in training management. The research involved in this stud y will surely provide theoretical and implemental support for the information-oriented management of military training.
