The Design And Achievement Of Military Training Records Management System Of Antiaircraft Brigade (Regiment)

With the high-speed development of information technology, the troop informationconstruction is gradually strengthened. However, there is still a lot of weakness in theair defense force’s training records artificial management system. With the lake of thesupport of information system, the drillmasters are working in the low efficient andconfidential work environment, causing the waste of resources. There is a more seriousdefect in artificial management which also affects the training result. The records arenot analyzed systematically and just as the basis of rating, so that the data could notreflect the records’ connotation which contains the relationship of the training time,resources and the records. That is seriously influence the training effect. Hence thisarticle is to research a set of automatic information system which fits the managementof the air defense force’s training records. As a result, realize the automatic air defensetraining computer management and make the air defense training scientific workgradually achieve modernization and high-precision.First of all, this article studies the particular military background; gets to know thedomestic and foreign troops current information constructions situation. The writer goesto the military to find the latest data and fixes the target of this article.According to the practical demand, this system is based on the C/S frameworkmodel. Through a comprehensive comparison in terms of selection of developmenttools, finally choose the Delphi and SQL Server as the development tools. So completethe prior to the construction of the system theory and technical preparation.On the basis, First and foremost, the writer analyses the records and the patterns of theair defense force’s training, and develops five scientific collecting patterns. Secondly,the writer does the research on the training data from six aspects to sets up the analysismodel, this model analyses the development theory and technology. Thirdly, the authordo this article studies the fact that performance management system separately carriedon the summary design and detailed design and develop system. The main works are asfollow: analysis the system of business flow, building model of system function,designing the system database, designing the method of system function. During the designing process, the writer strictly uses the object-oriented technology, complete thedesign by data layer, logic layer and presentation layer. As the designing job finished,the writer optimizes the system and makes detailed functional test. Lastly, thisautomatic information system is ensured to be operated normally and efficient.
